Job Description:

As our first Social Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s digital presence and strategy. You'll manage and grow the social media accounts of wedding professionals, designers, planners, photographers, etc - helping them present their unique style and services in an authentic, trendsetting way. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a creative and purpose-driven environment, working hands-on with wedding professionals and clients.


Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms with a main focus on Instagram. But also experience with Pinterest and TikTok that align with client goals and resonate with their ideal clients.

- Influencer Campaigns: Plan and produce influencer campaigns to meet client objectives, including engagement, follower growth, brand awareness and others.

- Content Management: Curate, plan, and post high-quality, on-brand content, including photos, videos, and reels, that captures the essence of each wedding client.

- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and grow followers across social platforms. Build meaningful connections with clients’ audiences through authentic, timely responses.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media metrics to measure success and inform future strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed through our chosen analytics platform.

- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry and social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, particularly as they relate to weddings and luxury experiences.

- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client social media questions and updates, providing insights, ideas, and performance feedback.


Qualifications

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the wedding or luxury lifestyle industry

- Proven experience with influencer campaigns, preferably in the wedding or luxury lifestyle industry

- Strong visual aesthetic and a knack for identifying content that resonates with upscale, engaged audiences

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok with knowledge of scheduling, analytics, and design tools (e.g., Later, Hey Orca, Canva, Photoshop)

- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to enhance social media strategies

- Passion for storytelling and community building

- Self-starter attitude with a creative mindset and attention to detail

- Able to multi-task and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
