Social Media Engagement Coordinator



We're looking for a Social Media Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team! Your mission is to grow our audiences & create a monetizable community on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. This role is specifically geared towards engaging with our community members via direct message and chat on our various platforms. Hours are somewhat flexible but this person can expect to work 3-5 hours per day (7 days per week). If desired, this person could eventually add more hours and can also arrange to take 1-2 days off per week once the 60 probationary period is complete.


Job Description

  1. Executing our social media strategy and engaging with clients.
  2. Managing client requests and ensuring requests are fulfilled on time.
  3. Maintaining response times and ensuring clients have an enjoyable interaction with our brand(s).
  4. Increasing sales and providing opportunities for clients to engage with our brand(s).
  5. Driving measurable growth in follower numbers, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
  6. Selling exclusive PPV / VIP content via direct messaging (the more you sell, the more you make).


Responsibilities:.

  1. Task Management: fans will place orders and it will be your job to manage the fulfilment of those orders through our messaging apps while simultaneously working with creators to ensure products (such as custom fan request videos) are delivered on time.
  2. Community Engagement: actively engage with our audience, managing direct messages, comments, and encouraging community interaction and conversion through the marketing funnel.
  3. Data collection: monitoring what fans are asking for and keeping record of their desires so we can pass these notes onto our creators.


Experience:

  1. Demonstrated proficiency in the following tools: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn new platforms, engage in training, and learn new editing softwares.
  2. Incredible communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a remote team.


Position Details:

  1. Flexible hours - we're focused on results not WHEN you log in. As long as daily tasks are completed on schedule (some of which are required to be completed at certain times) then flexibility is available.
  2. Remote – work from anywhere in the US and can even work while traveling out of country short term. Ideal candidates will be based in Atlanta, GA or New York City, NY.
  3. Pay - $8.50/hr during the 60-day trial period, with performance-based bonuses/commissions and significant increases based on achieving specific growth metrics. After 60 days, increase to $9.50/hr.
