POSITION PURPOSE

As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence, engaging our audience, and driving the success of our social media channels, particularly TikTok and Instagram. You'll have the exciting opportunity to work alongside micro-creators, collaborate on photoshoots, and assist in live content production, ensuring our brand's messaging is conveyed in a compelling and captivating manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

· Content Creation: Generate engaging and visually stunning content for Posh Peanut's social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, threads, YouTube, and more.

· Collaborate with Micro Creators: Work closely with micro-influencers and content creators to source and curate user-generated content that aligns with our brand and community

· Content Scheduling: Coordinate with the social media team to ensure a consistent and well-planned content schedule across all channels, optimizing posting times and formats for maximum reach.

· Photoshoot Support: Get hands-on during photoshoots, assisting with set design, styling, and creative to capture visuals and BTS

· Live Content: Assist in setting up and executing Instagram/TikTok Lives, and ensuring a smooth broadcast

· Ad Hoc Creativity: Respond to ad-hoc creative requests, quickly bringing fresh and innovative content to life to meet changing marketing needs.

· Stay Trendy: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and features on TikTok and Instagram to keep our content strategy relevant and cutting-edge.

· Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies and campaigns, ensuring they align with Posh Peanut's brand identity and goals.

· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

· Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 5 years of related experience is required

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

· A creative and imaginative mind with a passion for children's fashion.

· Proven experience in content creation for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.

· Strong visual storytelling skills, including photography and video editing.

· Proficiency in using content creation tools and software.

· A collaborative and proactive approach to working with micro creators and the marketing team.

· Excellent communication and time management skills.

· Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced nature of a drop model brand.

· Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and products.

· Experience with live content production is a plus.
