We’re a growing brand seeking a creative, collaborative Social Media Assistant to join our team.
Our audience is highly engaged on Facebook and Instagram (with especially strong traction on Facebook), and we are expanding into TikTok — this is where you come in.
If you love storytelling, visual aesthetics, and building meaningful engagement, this role offers the opportunity to grow alongside an evolving brand.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, schedule, and support content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals, colors, voice, and core values
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media/Marketing Director and owner
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Write captions and create engaging content
- Edit videos and images, with an emphasis on video content
- Brainstorm creative ideas and stay current with trends
- Take initiative in learning, asking questions, and refining strategies
- Grow with the brand — with potential to expand into a full-time role
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts
- TikTok experience is a plus
- Proficiency in video and image editing
- Highly organized and comfortable managing content workflows
- A collaborative, adaptable, and creative mindset
- Interest in long-term growth and development

- Portfolio or links to previous work examples

- Preference for candidates in Central or Eastern Time Zones
Pay: $20.23 - $25.06 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
