Drink Modern Technologies is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media and Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is perfect for a passionate individual with a flair for marketing and a love for all things social media. As a Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, managing events, and coordinating marketing activities that promote our exciting line of beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Manage deployment and creation of engaging content for various social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to promote new flavor releases, brand news, and collaborations.

Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to refine strategies and enhance brand presence.

Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Schedule posts and monitor and respond to comments and messages.

Work with UGC creators and influencers to assist with content creation.

Event Management:

Help plan, coordinate, and execute events in collaboration with the sales department, including product launches, brand activations, and collaborations.

Maintain and update the event calendar, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of upcoming events and releases.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize event impact and audience engagement.

Assist with creatives and content for events.

Collaboration and Partnership:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

Collaborate with external partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.

General Marketing Activities:

Assist in the development and execution of overall marketing strategies to promote brand growth.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or event management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
