Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to measure the success of campaigns.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  2. Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  3. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for social media management and scheduling.
  4. Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve online visibility.
  5. Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening.
  6. Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  7. Collaborate with the public relations team to align messaging and branding efforts.
  8. Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand reach.
  9. Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media innovations.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
  3. Strong understanding of social media advertising, particularly Facebook Advertising.
  4. Experience with content creation, video editing, and photography is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing principles including branding and relationship management.
  6. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  8. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time
