What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media for multiple brands, crafting and executing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
2. Social Media Strategy: Develop innovative campaigns to expand our reach and keep us ahead of trends.
3. Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing strategies that captivate audiences and grow our subscriber base.
4. Website Content & Growth: Lead the creation of compelling website content, optimize messaging, and drive strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.
5. Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and refine strategies based on performance data to ensure continuous improvement across all channels.
6. Affiliate & Influencer Management: Develop and implement affiliate marketing and influencer strategies to grow overall subscriber base and drive website growth.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience:
2. 2+ years in social media marketing and strategy, with a proven ability to grow accounts.
3. Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns.
4. Knowledge of website growth strategies, including conversion rate optimization and SEO.
5. Skills:
6. Creative thinker with a knack for crafting impactful campaigns.
7. Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
8. A proactive, self-starter attitude and excellent time management.
9. Ability to effectively communicate vision and manage a team to maximize design, video, and photo asset impact.
10. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Klaviyo and others for social and email marketing.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
