Role: SFCC Developer/Lead

Location: Indianapolis, IN & New York City, NY

Contract position.

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

Job Description:

1. Minimum 7+ years of experience as an SFCC B2C /Demandware - Lead/Architect.
2. Strong experience in SFCC headless applications involving OMS, ERP, and multiple integration support.
3. Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs.
4. Review and integrate technical architecture requirements.
5. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.
6. Conceptualize, architect, and design solutions that meet customer business objectives, cost, timeline, quality, and MVP goals.
7. Lead technical delivery and overall project execution.
8. Build and implement solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), also known as Demandware.
9. Define and establish technical standards for SFCC solutions, including tools and systems to enhance SFCC capabilities.
10. Develop and refine accelerator concepts to provide a competitive advantage in the sales process; build MVP accelerators.
11. Professional experience in developing business solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud - Demandware.
12. Proficient in Demandware Script, XML, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, Java OOP, NodeJS, RESTful web services, and client-side applications using advanced JavaScript architectures.
13. Strong background in W3C standards, Accessibility Guidelines, MVC architecture, Agile development methodologies, and associated tools.
14. Experience with SFRA, Pipelines, JS Controllers, ISML Templates, and real-time data exchange using web services.
15. Responsible for managing a team and overseeing solution design and architecture across project streams.
16. Experience working with virtual teams across multiple time zones.
17. Should have understanding on OCAPI/SCAPI, PWA Kit and full E2E headless implementation.
18. Expertise in Order to Cash and Inventory Management processes.
19. Understanding of payment processing workflows.
20. Knowledge of packing and shipment processes.
21. Familiarity with Business-to-Consumer (B2C) process flows.
22. Have work Experience working at customer location and managing the customer.

Certifications:

1. SFCC B2C Developer Certification (mandatory).
2. SFCC B2C Technical Architect Certification (optional).
