We are seeking a proven SEO, SEM, PPC & Paid Search professional with 8+ years of experience leading & implementing SEO strategies for medium to large sized merchants. While the primary day to day work will be with SEO clients, it’s imperative that you are skilled at identifying opportunities and spearheading holistic growth strategies that encompass not only SEO, but PPC, Design/CRO, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest and other emerging ad platforms focused on lead generation and conversions.

The SEO/SEM Strategist must have relevant skills and experience. This role requires someone who is confident and comfortable with both SEO and SEM and can lead strategic initiatives for merchants that are in a rapid growth phase. You would be managing 15-20 accounts per month
— all types of clients and accounts but mostly using GA4, eCommerce platforms’ native analytics, and SEMRush. The role may also require using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, and other platforms to unearth relevant KPIs.

This is a full-time position with a strong base salary, benefits & paid time off. This position is fully remote.

What We Need From You:

• Previous SEO management experience with at least 8+ years.
• Must have worked with PPC & Social Media teams in the last 2 years.
• You must be a great people person for this position!
• eCommerce background is a must.
• Agency or consulting experience is required.
• Expert level understanding of GA4 is an absolute must. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices. This is not a pure SEO role. You must be able to identify marketing and growth opportunities in your client portfolio. Candidates without a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including PPC & Social Media will not be considered for this position.
• Strong understanding of GA4 engagement metrics.
• Strong understanding of SEO and PPC best practices.
• LookerStudio experience is a plus
• Experience with identifying trends looking at the analytics and spearheading go-forward approaches based on the learnings.
• Strong understanding of Schema best practices is a plus.
• Ability to create neat and informative reports.
• Must be a strong communicator & have strong writing abilities.
• Excellent with numbers and able to factor in client margins when calculating ROI.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
