Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for exclusive clients of Stardom Fresno
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates in the job function as follows:
a. Accounting B. Finance C. Administrative Clerical D. Administrative Management on the basis of:
Temp, Temp to Hire, and Direct Hire
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the role. Must be goal oriented, driven, and a self starter to succed in this role beyond 6 months.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are properly onboarded
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field desired
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office 365 Programs
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Knowledge of HR sourcing methods and techniques
