About The Role
We are now accepting applications for a Senior Marketing Specialist – Training Academy to join the team on a fixed term contract period for 12 months.
This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint .
This role, reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, will have a focus on specifically supporting the development, launch and ongoing management of Essential Energy’s training and education service proposition, including brand, visual identity, service offering, marketing collateral and marketing platforms and customer and communications management required to deliver the offering to market.
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing and campaign initiatives that enhance our brand reputation and build awareness of our key initiatives. The role will provide information and insights to the Brand and Marketing Manager and the wider Communications team to enable the effective, efficient and timely development and delivery of initiatives across Essential Energy.
About You
You are a seasoned marketing professional with proven experience in planning, developing, and executing impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives within the marketing industry. You bring a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in overseeing project-based corporate campaigns that drive measurable outcomes. Your collaborative approach has seen you work effectively with creative and media agencies, as well as internal business units and stakeholders across all levels.
You thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and adaptability. Your strong writing and concept development skills enable you to craft compelling marketing collateral that informs and influences target audiences. With a data-led and consumer insight-driven approach, you deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations.
Naturally curious and eager to deepen your understanding of the energy sector and energy efficiency initiatives, you combine analytical thinking with strong project management capabilities. Your interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and business support tools make you a flexible and reliable team player who consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
