As a Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Global Digital Health teamyou will be trusted to provide administrative support to the team. This role will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing large-scale meetings, projects, and events.

 

In this role, a typical day will include:

 

  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings for Vice Presidents and/or other leadership team members as assigned
  • Managing travel planning and escalations as needed
  • Coordinating onsite and offsite meetings and related logistical arrangements
  • Managing office space and required on-boarding preparations of new associates
  • Ensuring that the organization charts, associates lists, and seating charts are updated when required
  • Leading and coordinating projects and events assigned by DH Leadership Team
  • Collaborating closely with Finance for generation of PO requests, Goods Receipts, and processing of invoices for the department
  • Assisting with department communications and other assigned tasks as needed

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 3 Years of Relevant Experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • At least 3 years in managing administration activities of senior leadership
  • Experienced with basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations (i.e., handling POs, invoicing, coordination with the finance team, etc.)
