Location: Brown Deer, WI

Shift: 1st shift 5A-3P and 2nd shift 3P-1A

Salary Range: $28-38/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate two Davenport screw machines
• Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• Evaluate new part drawings and assist in determining the most cost effective process
• Perform regular quality checks and process improvements
• Assist in the training and evaluation of new Operators
• Work with Machining Supervisor to develop new SOPs and best practices 

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of running a screw machine - preferably Davenports
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and operating/maintenance instructions
• Ability to perform simple math and hand measuring tools
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
