We are seeking several highly motivated and experienced SBA (Small Business Administration) Business Development Officers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, particularly in the small business sector. The SBA Business Development Officer will be responsible for promoting and facilitating SBA loan programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering relationships with small business owners.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the small business community, focusing on SBA loan programs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners, financial institutions, and community organizations.
- SBA Loan Promotion: Educate clients on the benefits of SBA loan programs and assist them in understanding the application process.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments of potential borrowers to determine eligibility for SBA loans and provide recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing SBA lending.

Qualifications:
