Job Description:

Trifactor is looking for a goal-oriented B2B sales professional who understands the PR, advertising, or digital marketing landscape to successfully find our ideal customers across multiple verticals. We’re looking for a hunter, who can enjoy the grunt work of the beginning stages of the sales process. This person will be part of a sales team that will fine-tune their outreach abilities. Therefore, our ideal candidate will quickly show revenue-generating potential, connecting our sales leaders with sophisticated C-suite decision-makers. If you excel at cold calling, writing email sequences, as well as pitching innovative marketing solutions and concepts, this is the career opportunity for you.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new leads, meet daily outreach goals, and hit weekly key performance indicators.
  2. Write and optimize outreach messages and campaigns, targeting various industries.
  3. Schedule weekly discovery meetings, obtain LinkedIn connections, and generate more qualified deals.
  4. Think critically and develop new verticals and service offerings that create repeatable sales for the business.
  5. Engage with C-Suite executives to grow our sales pipeline by participating in discovery calls and demos.
  6. Use a consultative sales approach with prospects to identify problems and propose video marketing solutions.
  7. Turn action items into completed tasks to keep the sales process moving quickly.
  8. Use HubSpot and other prospecting tools to find and touch multiple contacts within an enterprise.
  9. Know how to organize lead lists, filter by status, and update contact records across our database.
  10. Leverage our CRM to monitor the success of email workflows, sequences, and marketing emails.
  11. Follow the agency’s sales process, update our HubSpot CRM, and proactively turn opportunities into wins.
  12. Build relationships with client’s staff to position the agency as a long-term creative partner across departments.
  13. Collaborate with Trifactor’s Executive team and other team members to close new business.
  14. Update deals and maintain a healthy pipeline, assisting with forecasting, planning, timeline management, preparing contracts, and client documentation, etc.
  15. Prepare proposals and make sales presentations as needed.
  16. Travel to visit prospects and existing clients based on specific projects or special needs.

Skills & Requirements:

Note: This is not an entry-level job; proven marketing, technical communication skills, and client management experience are a must.

  1. At least 2 years of sales/client management, marketing, public relations, content production, or advertising experience.
  2. At least 3 years in a lead generation, prospecting, sales enablement, and business development role.
  3. Thrives in an outbound sales role, driven by goals and KPIs.
  4. Knowledgeable in growth marketing strategy, digital marketing, and video production.
  5. Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  6. Superb time management and able to juggle many different initiatives.
  7. Ability to be proactive, assertive, and responsive to client needs.
  8. Organized and able to multi-task to turn around inquiries quickly.
  9. Can think quickly on your feet, pivoting strategies and tactics in a dynamic creative industry.
  10. Tech savvy and experience working with Zoom, Google Suite, Hubspot, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  11. Excellent presentation/communication skills to deliver impressive agency solutions demo.
  12. Superb writer who can convince decision-makers via email by summarizing complex marketing ideas and solutions.
  13. Proactive and self-starter, adding value, hitting goals at all times with minimal hand-holding.
  14. Thrives when cold calling, networking, and working outside of the comfort zone.
  15. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required.

Education:

  1. BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field
