The Leader in Training program is designed to provide a diversified experience across various business functions to develop future leaders of the organization. Team Members will rotate through one of two tracks within the supply chain and operations departments, consisting of challenging assignments designed to fast track their professional development and create opportunities for long-term career advancement. Team Members will be supported by a single point of contact manager to lead you through an immersive experience.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Support the US Supply Chain & Operations teams with the development and implementation of strategic projects, planning, implementation, and KPI/performance tracking
Lead opportunities for improvement through the application of root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and lean-six sigma methodologies
Team Members will work on key development activities to grow supply chain and business acumen, leadership capabilities, technical, and cross-functional communication skills
Other duties or projects as assigned
Supply Chain:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes
Analyze data and develop strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and minimize waste
Manage daily responsibilities related to procurement, demand forecasting, promotion planning, and inventory management
Gain exposure to logistics, transportation, and supplier relationship management
Operations:
Gain an in-depth understanding of day-to-day operations in distribution
Assist in streamlining warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Participate in quality control and safety initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Assist with documenting and updating training materials, job aids, and all on-boarding resources
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the company
Must possess strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills
Must have desire to grow with the company and develop readiness to relocate to other Reyes Beer Division operations as need and opportunities arise
Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines
Ability to travel up to 40%
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Basic computer skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and remain organized
Available to work holidays and weekends as business dictates
Ability to create and present Communications
Able to lift cases and kegs repetitively (minimum of 25 pounds each)
Depending on location, may be required to use personal vehicle to conduct business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations focused
Strong interest in distribution channels and warehouse management
