Jordache Enterprises is looking for a Store Allocator to join our growing team to drive
business strategies for its 50 U.S. Polo Assn. Retail Store locations throughout the
United States. You will allocate multiple product categories to our Retail Stores that
align with company and departmental sales and inventory strategies. You will partner
with the Planning and Buying teams to ensure that each location has the right product at
the right time. If you are detail-oriented, a self-starter and have a passion for growing a

Responsibilities:
Utilize historical performance to update allocation parameters to improve
store/door sell through.
Perform allocation strategies to optimize inventory and maximize opportunities.
Conduct quantitative analysis and derive insights to optimize inventory
deployment – monetize new opportunities and identify risks.
Maintain inventory and on order levels required to achieve sales and turn plans
for regular price and clearance categories.
Communicate with retail field partners on product in-stock status, inventory
challenges and store related exceptions/concerns.
Work together with Planning, Buying and Retail operations to define the delivery
plan by store considering distributive constraints.
Recommend items for clearance based on sales turn and inventory levels.
Additional size analysis to support the merchandising team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of inventory allocation experience, preferable in a retail environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Technical proficiency with computer software tools, including Microsoft Excel and
the ability to quickly master new applications and systems.
