Residential Exterior Project Manager

Are you an experienced exterior home remodeling Project Manager looking for a new opportunity? Capital Construction Contracting Inc. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our crews and installers, scheduling, ordering, and overseeing the installation of our products and services.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least 5 years of full-time experience in managing residential or small commercial remodeling projects. You should have a passion for home remodeling and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy. You should also have a professional degree in construction management or equivalent onsite experience and be proficient with MS Office and CRM software.

As our Project Manager, you'll be responsible for completing each job on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality. You'll also represent the company on all production-related items and ensure customer satisfaction. We'll provide you with a fast-paced, high-growth atmosphere where your work will have a direct impact on the trajectory of the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in residential construction
• Proven experience overseeing construction projects from beginning to end, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources
• Strong understanding of design, construction, and project management principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Experience with construction management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
