Position Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Analyst. In this role, you will collect and analyze data to identify the ideal audiences for Learning Network's services. You will assess campaign effectiveness, identify optimizations for marketing strategies, and make recommendations based on your findings.
To be successful, you’ll need to be a detail-oriented, initiative taker. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence. If you like conducting market research, gathering and analyzing data, and building marketing plans, we’re probably a good fit.
This position is full-time and based work from home.
Job Duties
- Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships;
- Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude;
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle;
- Integrate and analyze data from various marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, SEM, website) to provide a holistic view of marketing performance;
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations with data visualizations on how to optimize various campaign performance;
- Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, or similar to present data in an understandable format;
- Identify opportunities for cross-channel marketing initiatives;
- Use predictive modeling techniques to forecast future trends and marketing outcomes;
- Conduct market research to compare SEM, campaigns, trends, opportunities, and competitor activities;
- Support the development and movement of SEO keywords through comprehensive analytics and reporting;
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing spending and outcomes;
- Analyze landing page performance and lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates continuously;
- Monitor and report on overall website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization;
- Assist in planning and measuring the success of marketing events, including collecting and analyzing data to evaluate their effectiveness and impact;
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data by maintaining clean and organized databases, including implementing best practices for data management and analytics;
- All other duties as assigned.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting with a demonstrated commitment to achieving daily performance metrics and quality standards, and continuous pursuit of improvement and innovation in marketing analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field required;
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a marketing analyst or similar role required;
- Minimum three (3) years of experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku required;
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with SQL and marketing automation platforms required;
- Strong experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Asana preferred;
- Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet; and
- Ability to pass required background checks.
