Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Part-Time Remote Assistant to join our team at RADNIP Media LLC. As our Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our social media strategy and content creation efforts for small businesses. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility as you will primarily work remotely, with a requirement of attending in-person meetings for 2 hours per week to catch up with the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with new leads, set appointments, and send contracts to prospective clients.
  • Appointment Management: Ensure timely follow-up with clients after appointments, maintaining regular communication and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Realtor Subscription Plan: Manage our Realtor Subscription plan by ensuring new registrants are added, sending introductory emails, assisting with customer technical issues, and promptly notifying relevant team members of any issues requiring personal attention.
  • Content Scheduling: Collaborate with our team to schedule and organize content created for social media platforms and other marketing channels.
  • Canva and Wix Support: Format content using Canva for social media, presentations, and marketing materials. Update and edit our Wix website as needed.
  • ChatGPT Usage: Utilize and understand ChatGPT to assist with content creation tasks and provide support as needed.
  • Tech Tool Research: Stay updated on the latest tech tools relevant to our industry, conduct research, and provide weekly updates on new tools discovered, including their benefits and value to our business.
  • CRM Automations: Create automations within our CRM (WiX) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly reports on your activities, progress, and findings to the team.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the growth and success of our company.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Wix websites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Teachability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI-based tools is a plus.
  • Research skills to discover new tech tools and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially WiX, is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
