About the Role:

As a Remote Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for restaurant owners looking to grow. Your role will include:

1. Qualifying inbound leads and booking appointments for the closing team
2. Engaging potential clients through outreach via calls and emails
3. Clearly communicating the transformation Ownershift offers
4. Nurturing leads and keeping the CRM and pipeline organized
5. Collaborating with closers for smooth handoffs
6. Meeting daily and weekly KPIs for leads engaged and appointments booked

You’re a Great Fit If You:

1. Are based in the United States or Canada (PST preferred)
2. Have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with business owners
3. Are self-driven and love hitting appointment-setting targets
4. Have experience in appointment setting or sales, ideally in coaching, consulting, or service-based industries
5. Are passionate about helping struggling restaurant owners succeed
6. Have a professional remote work setup (clear mic, camera, and quiet background)

Compensation:

$60,000–$96,000/year

(This includes a base salary of $2,000/month for the first 30 days, switching to $1,500/month after ramp-up, plus commissions and bonuses)
