If so, we want you at Brownstein. We have an immediate need for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Sacramento office.

 

We seek a candidate with general administrative experience from a professional services environment. This role will handle a variety of responsibilities each day supporting the legal and government relations policy professionals in our Sacramento office as well as general administrative assistance to the office at large.

 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones, greeting clients, coordinating outside vendors, managing mail and deliveries with courier, FedEx, UPS
  • Schedule meetings, including Zoom conferences and presentations, setting up Zoom conferences, managing needs for in office events and meetings
  • Booking travel, managing expense report submissions, ordering of office supplies, help maintain office organization and appearance, coordinate office maintenance needs with building management
  • Assist the office administrator with daily operational needs and special projects

 

The successful candidate will possess professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Must be flexible and able to thrive in a fast paced work environment with an evolving mix of responsibilities. We seek a highly motivated self-starter, who possesses strong communication and organizational skills. We require a high degree of proficiency within Microsoft Office and a comfort level to pick up new software. Government relations experience would be preferred but not necessary. Must be able to maintain a consistent schedule and be highly reliable.

 

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off, in addition this role pays overtime for hours worked above 40 per week. We are offering a range of salary for this role from $40,000-$50,000.
