The Project Manager will lead under general direction, formulates/defines system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies solutions to solve complex business process problems considering the application of technology to improve these business processes. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Implements technology solutions to improve business processes. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
Principle Accountabilities: % Of Time Spent
1. Works in conjunction with user departments to develop and successfully implement Projects based on project scope, process improvements, deliverables, timeline and budget. 30%
2. Project organization and administration of all phases of IS Projects (RFI/ROI, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Training, Go-Live and Post Live Support) 30%
3. Coordinates project team members (IS staff, end users, and Vendors) and tracks their Progress towards task completion in the implementation of new applications. 30%
4. Performs other work duties as assigned. 10%

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience required.
