Job Description:

The Project Coordinator role will support the PrecisionQ (PQ) Commercial Operations and internal/external cross functional project teams in planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely and successful project completion. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining tracking tools across commercial operations functions, liaising between multiple stakeholders, managing documentation, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing any issues that arise. This individual has the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, a versatile mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and integrate content from a variety of workflows. This individual also has a passion for high-quality work and is able to independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities.


Responsibilities:


  1. On a daily, real-time basis, track project status and proactively communicate issues that may arise associated with meeting project timelines or deliverables.
  2. Develop and maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Track action items and ensure prompt follow up/follow through until action items are resolved.
  3. Identify and work to improve upon any inefficiencies or roadblocks in timely delivery of program outputs.
  4. Provide support to the team including scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, coordinating contract execution, and creating, reviewing, and/or disseminating deliverables.
  5. Support tracking of budgets, expenses, and project costs.
  6. Prepare status reports for team and leadership review upon request.
  7. Maintain project documentation (contracts, meeting minutes, deliverables), keep files organized, and suggest improvements to existing workflows, templates, infrastructure, and other areas as needed.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of project coordination, administration, or a related role.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Team player with a cooperative attitude and growth mindset.
  5. Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Ability to independently organize, multi-task, and prioritize work.
  7. Experience with project management tools/enterprise software systems.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Experience with budget tracking and reporting.
  10. Readily accessible and available to work during normal business hours (8am-5pm Eastern time) and, on occasion, outside of normal business hours on an as-needed basis. Candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:


  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification helpful but not necessary.
  2. Experience in life sciences or healthcare preferred.
