Position Title Project Coordinator
Job Description
Working closely with the Byrum School of Business looking for a (Part-Time) Project Coordinator who promotes Marian University’s Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by promoting the strengths and distinction of the college to prospective students to attract, recruit and enroll qualified students to Marian University. The Project Coordinator has specific responsibility for the coordination of college events that support student enrollment at Marian University. The Project Coordinator needs to be professional, prompt, and personable to visitors, students, parents, school officials, and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively engages the Catholic Franciscan mission and identity of Marian University by modeling the Franciscan Sponsorship Values, honoring the legacy of the founding congregation, promoting unity in diversity, and integrating the Catholic Franciscan Intellectual traditions in courses, programs, and services.
Pleasantly and consistently communicate the holistic educational benefits and values of Marian University through personal interaction, email, telephone, and supporting communication.
Serving as project coordinator for Byrum School of Business initiatives impacting strategy and enrollment.
Manages the planning, timing, and logistics for on-campus recruitment and admissions activities, including student information events, campus visits, open houses, admitted student events, etc.
Assisting Byrum School of Business Dean in connecting with stakeholders.
Assisting with student advising.
Participation in school meetings and recruiting activities.
Ongoing professional development activities.

Knowledge of offerings and commitment to the mission of Marian University.
Adheres to Marian University policy and procedures
Show courtesy and respect in interactions with fellow employees, student subordinates, and supervisors.
Communicates regularly with supervisor
Meet department productivity standards
A high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Participates in developing department goals objectives and systems
Assists to establish department measurements that align and support the accomplishment of the University’s strategic goals
Adheres to the department budget.
Bachelor Degree
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail
Ability to work multitask and work independently
Commitment to collegiality and working in a tea environment
