Hall Madden is hiring a showroom assistant for our Portland flagship.

Founded in 2010, Hall Madden specializes in custom men’s clothing and has seven nationwide locations. We are a top-rated provider of menswear in the Portland area and believe our clients deserve the best service and to wear the finest quality garments made just for them. We’re a small business with a tight-knit team and an entrepreneurial spirit.

We’re about to enter the busiest season of the year and want to hire someone who wants to focus primarily on the operational side of our business — but isn’t afraid to chat with clients to assist our Showroom Director in sales.

As an showroom assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Inputting client orders accurately
• Auditing inventory and notifying clients of their garment status
• Day-to-day showroom maintenance and organization
• Assisting with sales and walk-in consultations as needed
• Coordinating and communicating needed alterations to garments
• Responding to phone, text and email inquiries
