We are looking for an enthusiastic Events & Marketing Assets Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Events & Marketing Assets Coordinator will play a crucial role in planning and executing events and managing marketing assets to enhance PolyJohn’s brand visibility and support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for event management and digital marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
o Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and partner events, including managing event logistics, booth designs, and promotional activities.
o Maintain and manage marketing assets and collateral inventory (e.g., giveaways, print materials, branded office supplies).
o Coordinate the design, creation, and distribution of marketing assets for events (e.g., brochures, business cards, sales presentations).
o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering) to update product information for events and external marketing materials.
o Track and report on leads generated from events, coordinating post-event follow-ups and nurturing activities.
o Ensure brand consistency across all event-related materials, from trade shows to sponsored events.
o Work with the HR department to help coordinate internal marketing initiatives, such as employee engagement campaigns, company newsletters, and internal events.
o Support broader marketing campaigns by coordinating and executing event-specific marketing initiatives.
o Assist in brainstorming activities for trade show themes, creative campaigns, and in-person marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Strategy:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for broader campaigns and product launches.
o Support collaborative marketing efforts such as brainstorming sessions, seasonal promotions, and product promotion efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or marketing, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
