We're Hiring: Part-Time Social & Content Creation Coordinator

📍 Location: Charlotte, NC or surrounding areas (preferred, but not required)

🕒 Hours: 7-15 hours/week

💰 Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience & location)

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated part-time Social & Content Creation Coordinator to help grow our brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms through compelling content and community-building. If you live and breathe wellness content, love making videos, and are eager to be part of a small-but-mighty team, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

Video/Content Creation (3–5 videos per week): 3–6 hrs/week

1. Capture and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
2. Stay on top of trends, audio, and wellness content formats
3. Collaborate with our marketing team on content ideas and brand voice

Social Media Engagement: 2–3 hrs/week

1. Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and story replies
2. Boost visibility by interacting with like-minded creators and brands
3. Implement organic strategies to grow followers and engagement

Ambassador & Affiliate Outreach: 1–2 hrs/week

1. Recruit new ambassadors aligned with our brand values
2. Assist in building and managing our TikTok Affiliate Creator Program
3. Track and follow up with potential partners

Requirements:

1. Content Creation or Social Media experience required
2. Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
3. Experience in video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar apps)
4. Passion for wellness, supplements, or healthy lifestyle content
5. Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
6. Ability to work independently
