All About Personnel is looking for an order processing clerk that understands spreadsheets, data entry, shipping manifests and etc.
Job Purpose: Perform administrative tasks associated with order processing and customer shipments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ORDER PROCESSING - Handles documentation for assigned accounts, as directed. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Handles documentation for assigned accounts, as directed. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Keeps track of orders and ship dates
- Provides warehouse personnel documentation/labels to process orders
- Communicates shortages, exceptions, weights, cases and pallet counts as needed
- Routes orders with carriers (warehouse direct customers)
- Creates, processes documentation to ship orders (packing slips, bills of lading, etc.)
- Sends ASNs in a timely manner, where necessary
- Submits all paperwork for scanning
- Perform data entry of received goods.
- Provide management and corporate with inventory information to address inquiries and the reconciliation of discrepancies, i.e. physical receipt of goods vs. A/P invoice documentation.
- Assist with the processing of orders and other matters related to the
Administration department.
***MUST HAVE EXCEL EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENCY***
MISCELLANEOUS:
- Acts as backup for others in Administration department and for consumer orders
- Prepares, emails daily shipping log
- Assists with special projects as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
