Job Summary

FULL TIME - REMOTE - 4 DAY WORK WEEK!


The Operations Project Manager at Consultwebs is expected to work Monday-Thursday, thirty-two hours per week. The individual will be responsible for leading the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Client Services, SEO, Paid, Outreach, Content, and Social Media. This role ensures campaign initiatives are executed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Digital Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing Specialists, Content Editors, Channel Specialists, the Creative/Production Team, and directly with clients (as needed) to oversee campaign execution, optimize resource allocation, and drive ongoing improvements. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, helping to ensure quality standards and support client satisfaction. You will be required to join client meetings via Zoom as needed.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with:

Project & Task Management

  1. Create and maintain client campaign roadmaps and monthly reporting in partnership with the Client Services team.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of SEO campaigns while overseeing paid and social channel deliverables, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic goals.
  3. Create, assign, and manage project tasks using Teamwork.
  4. Proactively manage timelines, anticipate bottlenecks, and adjust workflows to maintain momentum.
  5. Organize and lead campaign planning sessions, stand-ups, and status meetings to maintain alignment and ensure consistent progress across teams.


Resource & Budget Oversight

  1. Allocate internal resources effectively based on team capacity and campaign needs.
  2. Monitor project budgets and control both labor and external expenses.
  3. Ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering expected value.


Team Coordination & Leadership

  1. Serve as the central coordination point across Client Services, SEO, Paid, Social Media, Outreach, Content, and Creative/Production teams to ensure seamless collaboration and campaign alignment.
  2. Offer clear guidance on client campaign timelines, budgets, tasks and goals to team members while promoting cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  3. Support a culture of accountability, ownership, and professional development by encouraging proactive communication, continuous learning, and high performance across teams.


Risk Management & Quality Control

  1. Identify campaign risks early and collaborate with the appropriate team members to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  2. Ensure all client campaign deliverables adhere to quality standards and are strategically aligned with overall campaign objectives.


Process Improvement & Standardization

Collaborate with the Operations Manager to recommend and implement improvements to workflows and tools and support standardized processes across teams.



Qualifications:

You might be the ideal candidate if:

  1. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  2. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, Paid, Social, and Content).
  3. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality campaigns under tight timelines within budget.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Teamwork.
  5. Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  6. Experience managing budgets, forecasting resources, and prioritizing tasks across simultaneous projects.
  7. Highly proactive with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.


Bonus Skills

  1. Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum).
  2. Experience in digital marketing operations or process improvement.
  3. Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with international, remote teams across multiple time zones and cultures to drive alignment and maintain seamless communication.
  4. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
