Online SAT & AP Teacher (Remote)

Teaching Format: Live online instruction via Zoom

Schedule:

1. Evenings: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
2. Mornings: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM EST(Flexible scheduling within these time blocks)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced SAT and AP teachers to deliver high-quality, live online instruction through Zoom. Instructors will work with motivated high school students preparing for SAT exams and Advanced Placement (AP) courses and exams.

This is a flexible, remote teaching opportunity ideal for educators who are passionate about academic excellence and college preparation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver live, interactive SAT and/or AP classes via Zoom
2. Teach SAT content including Math, Evidence-Based Reading & Writing, and test strategies
3. Teach AP courses aligned with College Board standards (curriculum coverage, exam preparation)
4. Provide clear explanations, guided practice, and test-taking strategies
5. Assign and review practice problems, essays, and mock exams
6. Track student progress and provide academic feedback
7. Support students in achieving high scores for competitive university admissions

AP Subjects in Demand (including but not limited to)

1. AP Calculus AB / BC
2. AP Statistics
3. AP Biology
4. AP Chemistry
5. AP Physics
6. AP English Language & Composition
7. AP English Literature
8. AP U.S. History / AP World History
9. AP Economics (Micro/Macro)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject area
2. Proven experience teaching SAT and/or AP courses
3. Strong understanding of College Board curriculum and exam formats
4. Prior online teaching or tutoring experience (preferred)
5. Excellent communication and classroom management skills in a virtual environment
6. Reliable internet connection and a professional home teaching setup

Teaching certification is preferred but not required.
