We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to ensure the seamless daily operation of our office. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining a polished and professional work environment while supporting both our team and clients.


As our Office Manager, you’ll lead hiring efforts, train new staff, oversee reception, and work closely with both the Front Desk Coordinator and the Coworking Coordinator / Assistant to the Broker. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring both structure and heart to your work, we’d love to meet you.


What You'll Do:

  1. Lead the day-to-day operations of the office with efficiency and professionalism.

  2. Train and onboard new team members, stepping in as needed to model high standards.

  3. Manage hiring and separation processes to ensure team effectiveness.

  4. Oversee reception and manage the Front Desk Coordinator to deliver excellent client service.

  5. Shadow and support the Coworking Coordinator and Assistant to the Broker.

  6. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and filing.

  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office space.

  1. Proven experience in office management; real estate or business administration experience a plus.

  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  3. A quick learner with a teachable, flexible mindset.

  4. Exceptional memory and ability to retain and apply new information.

  5. Friendly, professional demeanor with top-tier customer service skills.

  6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead with confidence.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

  8. Professional dress and appearance required.
