Responsibilities:
Event Conceptualization:Collaborate with church leadership to conceptualize and plan virtual events that align with the church's mission and engage the congregation.
Coordination and Logistics:Manage all aspects of event coordination, including scheduling, platform selection, technical setup, and troubleshooting for virtual events.
Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with various church teams, including communication, worship, and education, to integrate virtual events seamlessly into overall church programming.
Audience Engagement:Implement strategies to enhance audience engagement during virtual events, utilizing interactive features, surveys, and Q&A sessions.
Promotion and Communication:Coordinate with the communication team to promote virtual events through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the church website.
