Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing operations for our diverse range of clients. The Marketing Manager will lead an integrated marketing team that includes social media specialists, content creators, and paid search experts, among others. The successful candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all marketing activities of the company, providing clients with comprehensive support and expertise.
  • Work with our clients, developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to their unique business needs.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of marketing specialists in different areas such as social media, content creation, paid search, search engine optimization, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal department leads to define marketing objectives, set key performance indicators, and implement the appropriate strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Provide leadership in the development of short and long-term strategic marketing plans.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in marketing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to members of the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • While this is a remote position, suitable candidates must reside close to Auburn, Washington (within an hour drive)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; or combined experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing and running a marketing team with a track record of executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing a broad range of marketing functions including branding, advertising, direct response, promotion, market research, and digital/social media.
  • Experience and/or certifications supporting in-depth understanding of Google & Microsoft Paid Search, META paid and organic social management, Content creation, and search engine optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Outstanding analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in marketing automation software and digital marketing tools.
