We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing our email and text marketing strategy. This includes the development and implementation of campaigns, project management, and monitoring of analytics to optimize performance and drive reengagement. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring email/ text deliverability and adherence to best practices in email/ text hygiene.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of the email marketing and text channels including A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
• Advise on creative and content direction for email and text campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, draw insights, and develop recommendations for CRM roadmap.
• Collaborate with the brand and social team to drive a consistent message and stay up to date on new product launches and patient testimonials.
• Develop and implement email marketing strategy to drive reengagement and conversion rates.
• Project manage and execute email campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
• Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates to optimize performance.
• Measuring and reporting on outbound performance to different stakeholders, while providing recommendations and action plans when needed.
• Manage relationships with email vendors to ensure project deadlines are met and campaigns are successfully deployed.
• Own the development and ongoing support for email sender reputation to ensure optimal deliverability rates.
• Ensure email deliverability and adherence to best practices in email hygiene, including list management and compliance with anti-spam regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, brand managers, and IT to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in email marketing technology and make recommendations for improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns from ideation to completion.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, and anti-spam regulations.
• Experience with HubSpot, specifically the Marketing Hub
• Strong knowledge of trigger-based email and text marketing, digital customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing flows.
• You have technical email deliverability skills and the ability to manage an advanced emailing infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of outbound email marketing & automation tools.
• A growth mindset, you like experimenting and finding the right path to performance.
• Excellent analytical skills, your decisions and recommendations are backed by data.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
• Experience managing both retention and lead generation email campaigns.
• A meticulous approach to work and a keen eye for detail.
• Adept at maintaining high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience with HTML a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to model Company values.
• Willingness to take on new projects that are not covered in the job description.

Compensation

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $66,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
