Role Overview
Madison-Davis is seeking an Internal Marketing Manager to support business development by building and executing marketing initiatives focused on our Compliance, AML, and Fraud practice. This role is centered on helping the sales and partner teams generate new business by strengthening brand recognition, improving market visibility, and equipping business development professionals with high-quality, professional marketing materials.
This is a hands-on role responsible for both developing marketing strategy and executing day-to-day initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a build-from-scratch environment and working closely with leadership and sales-focused teams.
Primary Focus
The primary focus of this role is to support business development and client acquisition within the Compliance, AML, and Fraud space. While increased brand visibility may also support internal recruiting and candidate awareness, internal hiring is considered a secondary benefit rather than the core objective of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
- Create client-facing marketing materials to support sales conversations, including pitch decks, one-pagers, market overviews, and practice-area collateral
- Partner with business development and leadership to translate firm expertise, wins, and insights into compelling sales-ready content
- Ensure all materials position Madison-Davis as a leading specialist in Compliance, AML, and Fraud staffing
Content Creation, Email Campaigns & Newsletter
- Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns focused on Compliance, AML, and Fraud hiring managers and decision-makers
- Own the creation and distribution of a recurring Compliance, AML, and Fraud-focused newsletter, with subject matter and insights provided by leadership and the business
- Segment email audiences and track performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and inbound responses
- Use campaign data to continuously refine messaging, cadence, and audience targeting
Digital Presence & Distribution
- Execute LinkedIn content and campaigns to increase brand recognition and engagement within the Compliance, AML, and Fraud market
- Create and manage landing pages and website content designed to attract prospective clients and drive inbound interest
- Support promotion of the Madison-Davis podcast to increase awareness and viewership among Compliance, AML, and Fraud professionals
Measurement & Optimization
- Track and report on marketing effectiveness using indicators such as inbound business inquiries, website and landing page traffic, email performance, and content engagement
- Gather qualitative feedback from the sales team on the usefulness and impact of marketing materials
- Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on performance data and internal feedback
How Success Is Measured
- Increased inbound business attributable to marketing efforts
- Improved visibility and engagement with Madison-Davis content across LinkedIn and other channels
- Growth in website and landing page traffic related to Compliance, AML, and Fraud
- Positive feedback from business development teams regarding the quality and usefulness of marketing materials
- Measurable improvement in brand recognition within the Compliance, AML, and Fraud market
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, professional services, staffing, or a related industry
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills for a professional, client-facing audience
- Experience supporting sales or business development through marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, LinkedIn campaigns, website content management, and basic analytics
- Comfortable working independently in a build-from-scratch marketing environment
- Ability to collaborate closely with leadership and sales-oriented teams
