POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you a marketing expert looking to make a powerful impact with a leading natural products brand and mission-driven company? Look no further! Essential Oxygen, a beloved woman-owned, triple bottom line natural CPG brand is excited to find a talented MARKETING MANAGER to join our team.

You will be the lead in our online and retail marketing team, shaping our digital and in-store presence to increase brand awareness, effectively educate consumers on our unique product offerings and drive customer loyalty. Your strategic marketing skills will be integral in growing Essential Oxygen’s position as the premier and premium health and wellness brand. This is a full-time remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop and implement an annual omni-channel marketing strategy. Utilize data platforms to report results and key insights that inform future strategies.
• Influencers/PR Partnerships: Manage partnership opportunities for paid and unpaid partnerships that elevate and align with the brand. Obtain editorial placement, blogger and influencer relationships.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and initiatives (Mailchimp/Klaviyo).
• Social Media: Dramatically increase our brand awareness on social media (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, etc) and be responsible for the day to day management of each platform. Develop and manage cross-platform advertising, content and posting strategy. Manage Influencer programs. Utilize Canva and/or Adobe Express to create content.
• Data Analysis: Your exceptional skills in tracking campaign performance, extracting data, communicating key insights and connecting data to operational performance is pivotal to this role.
• Website: Manage and optimize Shopify website to increase sales, build customer loyalty and enhance user experience. Manage web development projects and allocate resources. Manage and create web and blog content.
• Amazon: Utilize Amazon marketing programs to drive sales, educate consumers and grow brand presence.
• Google: Optimize and manage SEO, Ads campaigns & Shopping campaigns to drive brand awareness and website sales.

REQUIREMENTS

The position requires a motivated and independent self-starter with solid competencies and a broad range of skills:

• College degree and a minimum of 5 years work experience; related consumer packaged goods experience, in the natural food industry, a plus.
• Comfortable taking direction and working within a team but can also work with minimal direction to complete projects.
• Organized and flexible: Can prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and pivot readily as business needs shift.
• Proactive about obstacles and accountable for results. Creative and effective problem-solving.
• Good analytic capabilities and experienced with making data-driven decisions
• Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to foster strong relationships/partnerships inside and outside the organization
• Shares passion for making the planet a better place

BONUS SKILLS

• Photography & Video creating & editing
• Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Express, Figma
• Work experience with similar CPG brands
• Working knowledge of AI
