Hey there, marketing mavericks! We're on the hunt for a well-rounded marketing coordinator/generalist. If you've got a knack for crafting captivating copy, a love for diving deep into marketing data, and an uncanny ability to conjure up spellbinding email campaigns, then we want to hear from you!

We are a small team with a big mission, so we need a self-starter that is creative, collaborative and team oriented. You possess the gift of juggling multiple projects with ease, armed with the sharpest project management skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Flourishing in an ever evolving and collaborative work environment is key. In addition to your innate interpersonal and written communication prowess, a "can-do" attitude is a non-negotiable trait.

You’ll need 2 years of relevant experience working in similar roles. You’ll also need technical proficiency and if you happen to get references to 80’s movies, it’s a plus.

 


What we’re looking for

  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing copy for various channels, including email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
  • Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote our products, and drive engagement. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Gather and analyze marketing data using various tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing platforms) to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the company's CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate data entry, segmenting customer lists, and maintaining data integrity. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead management and customer communication.
  • Use your SEO skills to enhance our online visibility and search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research to identify valuable opportunities and optimize our website content to attract organic traffic.
  • Plan and conduct A/B tests for marketing campaigns, emails, and landing pages to optimize performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including email metrics, campaign results, and customer engagement, to present to the marketing team and management.
