- We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Program Lead to drive the execution of our webinar and on-demand video content series for existing ERP customers.
- In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end planning and delivery of high-impact content experiences—partnering with agencies for video production and promotional materials, managing timelines, feedback cycles, and approvals to ensure quality and consistency.
- You will collaborate closely with channel leads and subject matter experts to orchestrate promotional execution across digital, social, email, and partner channels, ensuring every program is integrated, timely, and aligned with audience needs.
- This position requires strong performance tracking and reporting skills—you’ll be responsible for analyzing engagement metrics and content performance, sharing insights, and making optimization recommendations. You’ll also lead cross-functional stakeholder management, providing regular updates to executive and regional leaders, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in project management, especially in content or campaign execution, and thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
- You should be confident managing external vendors and internal stakeholders, balancing strategy and execution while remaining calm under pressure.
- Experience in webinar and virtual event management is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
