- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Capture and edit photos and videos for use in marketing materials and online platforms.
- Support website content updates and ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Help design promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital graphics.
- Participate in planning and supporting school events, open houses, and community outreach efforts.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent level of combined education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience staying on plan, motivating others to remain on task and achieve agreed upon objectives.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva, and spreadsheets preferred.
- Experience with photography, videography, or editing software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in education, youth development, or nonprofit marketing preferred.
Position Overview
The Marketing Content Creation Manager will support the Marketing and Communications Department in promoting St. John’s Northwestern Academy mission, programs, and events. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and digital media within a dynamic educational environment.
This role will be responsible for the marketing content development with the department leads and other marketing associates and resources for digital, video, and photography to plan, organize, capture, produce, edit and implement the weekly marketing content calendar.
