Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base salary with potential for revenue-based bonuses

As a dynamic start-up, we’ve grown rapidly from 10 to 30 team members over the past two years and have ambitious plans for incremental expansion. We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Marketing Communications Manager to drive our next phase of growth.

Position Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager will help define our target audience, craft strategies to engage them, and track results. This role includes developing marketing collateral to generate inbound requests, managing the CRM to measure impact, and ensuring all communications align with Keystone CPA’s mission and growth objectives.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Developing targeted campaigns to attract high-value clients while tracking and optimizing results.
Design and implement a streamlined onboarding plan to enhance the client experience and align with our commitment to excellence.
Develop annual marketing spending plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Keep the Managing Principal informed of spending and budgetary considerations at all times.
Designing consistent themes, messaging, and branding for advertising, social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), and promotions.
Managing vendors and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinating trade shows, special events, and conferences to amplify messaging and showcase services.
Reporting to the Managing Principal and aligning strategies with company goals.
Partner with our Wealth Advisor, Chief People Officer, Principals, and Managing Principals to align marketing initiatives with firm-wide goals.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in professional services, accounting, or financial industries.
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms.
Strong content creation and project management skills.
Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and campaign optimization.
Proven ability to manage budgets and lead projects independently.
Highly Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with podcast marketing and professional services industries.
Experience in managing marketing for accounting or financial businesses.
Remote Work Requirements:
At Keystone CPA, we are a remote-first firm and provide a company-issued laptop with all necessary software pre-installed for your work. However, candidates are expected to provide the following:
· 100Mb/s minimum high-speed internet for reliable connectivity
· Dedicated workspace
· Keyboard, mouse, additional monitors (if needed), and an optional standing workstation, if desired.
· Ability to be on camera for meetings
· A professional virtual background to maintain a polished appearance during video calls
