Motus Marketing is a promotional marketing and sales firm based in Albuquerque. We seek innovative, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others and maintaining relationships with our prestigious clientele.

We promote our clients' brand names by developing and supporting field marketing programs in retail environments. Marketing Associates will work closely with other team members to support promotional activities and utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute brand awareness programs to increase demand and drive revenue.

This position is full-time and involves responsibilities in:

1. Set up and execute in-store marketing campaigns
2. Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
3. Quickly apply sales and marketing techniques to promote client information
4. Ability to build a strong rapport with current clients and potential customers
5. Maintain current relationships with clients by reaching brand exposure goals
6. Actively seek to establish new pipelines of business by learning demographics
7. Ability to coach, train, and develop others for the overall success of the team
8. Comfortable working hands-on to set up and organize event equipment

Job Requirements:

The position at our company is entry-level so no direct experience is necessary. We believe that hard work, a student mentality, and exceptional communication skills are all that someone needs to be successful in our firm. Training will be provided in multiple aspects of our company including; leadership, marketing, customer service, and management.

We are located in ALBUQUERQUE and all candidates must be willing to make the daily commute.
