Project Manager - Global Transformation
Qualifications:
- Expertise - In managing outsourcing engagements/transitions, outsourcing operations experience for large, global outsource experience preferably in India.
- Direct experience managing multi channel projects in end to end coordination of outsourcing related engagements or complex transformational projects. Including taking project from small to large scale
- Strong Stakeholder management & influencing skills with change management background and global mindset
- Expertise in managing end to end co-ordination of outsourcing engagements (BPO)
- Experience in working closely with vendors, 3rd party consultants and internal stakeholders, supplier and category management programs
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques
- 8 plus years of previous business experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking and time management skills
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation skills with strong influencing and persuasive talents including C suite.
- Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiatives
- Has an aptitude for innovation, high integrity and ethics.
Responsibilities:
- This role will focus heavily on supporting LiveRamp’s business process outsourcing engagements but, can encompass other projects that support key business transformation objectives.
- Priorities will include establishing strong strategic partner relationships by driving improved end to end project execution, enterprise outsourcing partnership strategy and new opportunity identification across the organization
- Project management and consultative advisory support is a critical element of complex transformation projects
- The ability to support businesses to ensure cohesive project management, advisory and coordination during the key phases of business process outsourcing projects will be a key component of the work along with experience in global data protection laws and separation of secure information.
- The role will require candidates to go above and beyond a typical PMO role by ensuring end to end ownership of outsourcing engagements from evaluation stage (target operating model design facilitation) to sourcing, selection, execution, transition and managing of external strategic partner relationships at the enterprise level
- Project Communication and Executive/Functional Report out
- The ideal candidate will also have experience managing LiveRamp culture & business operations to drive consistent expectations and the highest quality delivery standards from strategic partners to support business and functional transformation programs in an onshore/offshore environment
- This role will work closely with Senior Leaders within all or the Business Units with experience working with BR, CS, Engineering, Product etc.
- Strategy and Project Management
- Lead/coordinate sourcing, selection, negotiations for outsourcing deals by providing key inputs from an operational and strategic perspective
- Build reputation as a subject matter expert on outsourcing domain knowledge
- Build relationships and work with key business partners to understand strategic direction, transformation requirements and corporate business objectives/priorities
- Supplier Management & Internal Governance (example areas this role will play a critical part)
- Enterprise supplier performance management
- Internal stakeholder survey support.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $120,000 to $160,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
