Job Description for Daily Assistance Manager
Currently, Assistants 4 Hire is seeking to hire a Daily Assistant Manager:
The Job requirements are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree,
- Minimum 1-year experience as a manager in administration, communications, or sales for a company or business.
- Experience in Google Contacts, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Pages - Has the ability to work remotely effectively and will be working as a 1099 subcontractor. - Has the ability to manage others to work remotely, effectively, engage & direct team members & communicate with clarity and enthusiasm
- Ability to deal with challenging and sometimes demanding clients & team members with grace & control
- Experience with Computer Software.
- Microsoft Projects
- Dropbox is a bonus
Qualities of Successful Candidate:
● Good customer relationship skills.
● A good phone presence and willingness to make calls on the client’s behalf. ● Good writing skills and ability to write emails on behalf of clients and Assistants 4 HIre. ● Resourcefulness and willingness to learn software and platforms independently when needed.
● Attention to detail
● Invested in a long-term position with A4H and has an interest in making this position a 25-30 hr a week position.
● Is efficient with hours for projects given and meets deadlines.
● Has the ability to effectively manage other people’s work quality and completion of tasks on given deadlines.
● A self-starter and can solve problems independently.
● Can manage and initiate projects with clients with minimal guidance & can initiate projects for A4H and on behalf of clients.
● Empathy - both with clients & team members. Able to effectively balance support with an appropriate challenge where necessary to ensure effective team performance & client satisfaction.
● Strong execution & delegation skills - able to complete work themselves & know when (and how) to delegate to others
This position is a virtual position and will be multi-teared:
● The first 3-6 months will average 10-15 hrs a week during initial training on client work as well as managerial roles.
● The second 3 months will bump up to an average of 15-20 hours per week primarily leading daily assistance projects for both the Owner of Assistants 4 HIre and for A4H clients as well as continued training for the daily managerial role.
● The final and last phase will be on an average between 20-30 hrs per week managing clients, Assistants 4 Hire clients and managing up to 6 (currently 2) virtual assistants also doing daily assistants for A4H clients.
The position will start at $20/ hr for the first 3-6 months, will bump to $22/hr after required training criteria are met between 3-6 months, and will finalize at $24/hr after all proper training is completed and working fully in place as the Daily Assistance Manager. This position needs to have some working hours available M-F 9:00 am- 4:00 pm.
The successful candidate will report directly to MerriLyn Gibbs, Owner of Assistants 4 Hire, and work directly with Marketing Manager Tatum De Souza and Operations Manager Erin Kruk.
