This job position is to support retail customer store operations. Any SMEs with prior experience in handling end-to-end store operations with excellent communication skills will be a perfect fit for these positions.
Shopify POS platform (Fixed and Mobile) with additional experience in peripherals troubleshooting.
Any RFID platform used for inventory operations in stores (receiving, sending, transfers).
UI technology stack of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript and its libraries used in applications with integration to back-end API driven applications.
Order-to-Cash process in NetSuite platform, specific to inventory management and store operations.
Good to have experience in Workforce management apps used within Retail Stores.
Provide developer oversight on complex L2 support Issues, Triage P1/P2 issues and provide RCAs.
Develop SOPs, playbooks, update to confluence /SharePoint or respective repository.
Should have an understanding on enabling observability for store solutions using any observability tools.
Knowledge in ITIL framework will be an advantage.
Collaborate with IT team, L2 support team, cross functional teams.
Support new store openings, configuration, and early life support.
Be an escalation point of contact for L2 and IT support team for any store-related activities.
