EW Motion Therapy Homewood is a patient-centered physical therapy and personal wellness center dedicated to providing top-quality health care. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Clinic Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clinic operates efficiently while maintaining our commitment to excellent & engaged patient care.

Your contribution will ensure that our front desk consistently delivers professional and friendly service, enhancing our company's reputation and client experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Coordination: You will be the orchestrator of all front desk activities, managing tasks ranging from handling calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, explaining patient's insurance benefits and limitations, and assisting with insurance authorizations.
  • Team Leadership: With your engaging personality and professional approach, you will set the pace and tone for the admin team, setting high standards for service and team dynamics.
  • Complaint Resolution: Your ability to handle complaints with efficiency, empathy, and a customer-focused approach will be key in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A candidate who embodies a friendly yet professional demeanor.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.
  • Computer literate and familiar with patient EMR systems.
  • A proven track record in handling customer service and complaint resolution with finesse and a positive attitude.
  • This is a full time position with a 40 hour work schedule every week Monday thru Friday. The clinic is closed on weekends and major holidays.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
