Must haves:
-Experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager or related role
-MUST HAVE experience working with PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) within the insurance industry
-Strong attention to detail, organization, and great communication
-Experience working with PMs and BAs to help deliver business requirements and documentation
An employer in the Southern CA area is seeking two Project Coordinators. The Coordinator's will be supporting the delivery of transformational projects for the Healthcare organization's Pharmacy Strategy. This is a fully remote role, contract is expected to go to the end of 2026. While this role has some administrative duties, the main responsibility will be assisting the Program Managers and Business Analysts with work tracks, helping gather and drive requirements, running meetings, and other project manager duties. While some coordination is involved, they will be working more as an assistant project manager. Experience working with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) is needed. This person with be working PST hours on a 1.5 year long contract minimum!
