Job Description:

CPA.com, a leading developer and distributor of technology solutions for the CPA profession, is seeking an experienced marketing manager who is looking to apply their skillset and grow with a dynamic and fast-growing organization. A successful candidate will use creative thinking and strategic marketing skills to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with CPA.com and partner product goals. The role requires a resourceful spirit, excellent writing, and strong communication and project management skills. The candidate should have a proven track record of driving measurable results through content development and execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Create and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that is aligned with the overall partner product goals and progresses firms through the buyer journey (from education to purchase to enablement).

· Lead development of compelling marketing content including thought leadership webinars, whitepapers, blogs, email nurtures, case studies, web pages, infographics and social posts to support each phase of the buyer journey.

· Understand partner product buyer personas to continually refine target messaging to meet their needs and preferences.

· Ensure that content is high-quality, relevant and aligns with the CPA.com and partner product brand voice.

· Collaborate with the demand generation manager to plan distribution of content and outline projected performance.

· Collaborate with marketing colleagues and cross-functional teams, including sales, creative design, product development and internal marketing managers to align content to broader internal business objectives.

· Use analytics and technology tools to measure and report on the performance of content and marketing goals to internal stakeholders and external partners.

· Collaborate with marketing team to execute reporting details for quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or relevant major.

· 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, accounting profession or technology with a focus on content strategy and development.

· Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and experience creating content with AI tools preferred but not required.

· Proficiency in email marketing, project management, marketing automation and CRM platforms.

· Understanding of Google Analytics 4.

· Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skills. Ability to quickly create content including emails, website copy, blogs, videos, social content and more.

· Ability to work independently and with limited oversight to accomplish agreed upon objectives and to evaluate results.

· Strong attention to detail.
