Job Description:

The HR Business Partner - Employee Focused will carry out the assigned daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including employee relations, COVID management, recruiting, interviewing staff, advising on benefits, and leave, and guiding company policies and practices. The HR Generalist is responsible for partnering with assigned business units to provide HR support. This role also assists in the administration of COVID-19-related illness and leave programs. The HR Generalist role requires strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with solid attention to detail and accuracy. The role also requires confidentiality, flexibility, and adaptability; as Go Rentals grows, so will the requirements of the role.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years of HR Business Partner - Employee Focused experience

Impeccable oral and verbal communications and presentation skills.
Experience in private aviation or hospitality industries a plus
Undergrad degree preferred; advanced degree viewed very favorably
