Position: Operations Manager

Job Description: As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the execution of our diverse portfolio of heavy/highway civil projects. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational activities related to construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all team members.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and optimize project performance.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and delays.
• Develop and implement best practices for project management and construction operations.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management within the heavy/highway construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
